フォーマルウェアで用いられるドスキン生地の、敢えて艶の少ない裏面を表使いしました。
経糸にグレー杢、緯糸にはブラックの糸を掛け合わせ、色味に奥行きのある素材に仕上げています。
糸は独自に紡績した、2/54のスーパーファインメリノとポリエステルを混紡糸で、ウールの風合いの良さに耐久性と防シワの機能性を補完しました。
最終の仕上げではm-tec社製の整理機械を用い、ナチュラルな艶感となめかさを加えながら、各工程で生地を時間をかけて寝かせる「エイジング」を経て、糸の膨らみを最大限に引き出しました。
