手作業によるヒゲやアタリに加え、BIO加工とブリーチで自然な退色感と色落ちのムラを表現。
仕上げにペイント加工を施し、ワークウェア由来の表情を引き出しています。

岡山県で織り上げた8ozのブラックデニム。
経糸に10番手、緯糸に20番手の手摘みで収穫した長繊維ジンバブエコットンを用いた素材です。
最終工程では広島県・福山の工場で加工を施し、経糸の濃淡を際立たせたヴィンテージ特有の美しいタテ落ちを再現しました。
